The Deputy Minister of Water at the Ministry of Energy and Water, during the inauguration ceremony of the “Shah wa Aros” Dam, stated that the ministry aims to manage the country’s water resources without creating problems or infringing on the rights of Afghanistan’s neighboring countries. He emphasized that Afghanistan’s water will be managed in a way that ensures the rights of all neighboring countries are respected.
